While Sharon is out of town this weekend, I thought I would tell a little about the joy I get out of her cooking. We try very hard to eat healthy and organic. Sharon creates gourmet meals at home week in and week out with great ingredients, a lot of creativity that all taste phenomenal.
Some recent highlights include a lentil and goat cheese pie with tzatziki sauce, glazed wild salmon with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted heirloom tomatoes, Balthazar’s goat cheese tart with mixed greens, an enormous arugula and fontina cheese soufflé and fried mozzarella polpettes over fresh salad.
The best thing about Sharon’s cooking is every recipe is unique — and it’s very inspiring to watch. Original instructions may come from Food & Wine or Cooking Light, but there’s always something added. Sharon’s magic touch!
