Autumn Recipes (Part 1)

Fall is definitely coming quickly in New York City. The temperature drops, days get shorter, and Sharon stocks up on Candy Corn or Mellowcreme Pumpkins. She also whipped up three hearty meals this week: Indian Spiced Salmon and Mashed Winter Squash with Indian Spices, Niçoise Salad and homemade fettucini and sauce.

Homemade fettucini? That’s right, thanks to our new Cuisinart Stand Mixer! Sharon was SO excited she forgot to take pictures of the making process — but look for a complete tutorial soon.
