Mustard Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 T. Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. Cold Water (optional)
  • freshly ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mustard and red wine vinegar
  2. Using a whisk, slowly drizzle in olive oil, 1 T. at a time until combined with mustard vinegar mixture
  3. Add black pepper to taste
  4. Add water to thin out vinaigrette if needed
